Marbella is by far the best server we’ve ever had! She was polite and made us feel right at home. She so was patient when taking our order, too. Our food came to the table just the way we expected. She checked in on us and made sure we felt taken care of.

The place is, without a doubt, amazing. The food it's crafted with a lot of skill, and it shows with very distinct flavors. Nothing tastes like it came "out-of-box" but with a freshness hard to find. The service was fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. It really encourages one to stay, or come more often. The restaurant by itself is clean, with a very "neutral" atmosphere that reminds those road dinners from the '80 which is very nice. Totally recommend it

Norms is always super welcoming. I enjoy the atmosphere and all the severs. The customer service is great. Shout out to Kaylee and Tony the best servers at this location they are consistently attentive and friendly. They make you feel welcomed and part of the family. The food is great and always test amazing. Also shout out to Romero one of the people the clear the tables he is a tentative to take way plates when he sees them clear.

My first time here, my sister says this place is her spot. Service was amazing. Even though our waitress had gone to break, she came back to check on us cause the waitress covering forgot about us. The food was good, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was ok, minus the kid screaming...

Norm’s year after year has given me and my family the best service, delicious food, and really good service. The bus boy was super friendly, every waitress is fast and efficient. And we have come at all hours of the day because they are open 24/7 and still....the service and quality of food is always consistent. My favorite item on the menu is their chilaquiles with eggs over easy. I remember hearing a year ago that the chef makes the salsa from scratch, that must be why I LOVE the flavor of the sauce. Thank you guys for having great prices for your food and a big thank you for the great service!!!!!

If you're looking for the ultimate comfort breakfast, the Chicken Fried Steak with loaded hashbrowns is hands-down the best choice on the menu. The steak is perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and smothered in rich, flavorful country gravy. And don’t even get me started on the hashbrowns—golden, crispy, and fully loaded with cheese, onions, and peppers for that extra punch of flavor. It's a hearty, satisfying meal that hits all the right notes. A must-try for breakfast lovers craving something bold and delicious!

Maribella was my server and offered my family great customer service. She was also multitasking keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. The food was also great cooked to perfection. We will be back soon!
